1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the AI claims and revenue cycle platform at gocarefi.org (the "Service"), operated by Care.Fi Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), with its principal office at DLF Cyber City, Tower B, Phase 2, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India.

The Service serves hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, and other authorised health providers ("Hospital Clients"). By registering, accessing the Platform, or authorising organisational access, you accept these Terms for your facility. These Terms do not limit statutory rights under the laws of India.

If you accept these Terms for a hospital or healthcare institution, you confirm that you can legally bind it.

2. Description of the Service

The Service includes three connected capabilities:

  • AI Claims Filing: extracts ICD-10 diagnosis and procedure codes from discharge summaries, formats claims to insurer or TPA requirements, and submits them electronically for the hospital;
  • Rejection Predictor: scores each claim's rejection risk before submission using trained pattern analysis and supplies a checklist of documentation or coding issues causing that score;
  • Gap Financing: provides receivables-based advances of up to 80 percent of eligible claim value for qualifying claims pending beyond 14 days, disbursed within 48 hours after approval and collected from insurer settlement proceeds.

We may change the Service's features or scope at any time with reasonable notice to Hospital Clients.

3. Use of the Service

  • Access to the Platform is limited to authorised Hospital Client personnel.
  • You must provide complete, accurate Platform data and ensure claims filed through the Service are truthful and comply with applicable Indian insurance and healthcare regulations.
  • You must not use the Service unlawfully, disrupt its operation, or seek unauthorised access to the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service or its AI models except as permitted by mandatory applicable law.
  • You must keep account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity through your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Company or its licensors own the Service, including its AI models, software, interfaces, and proprietary claim-processing logic. It is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and international intellectual-property law. During your subscription, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

5. Hospital Data

You retain ownership of claim documents, patient data, and related records uploaded or sent to the Platform ("Hospital Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Hospital Data to deliver the Service, including operating the AI claims engine and rejection predictor, arranging financing, and producing billing-team performance reports. We handle Hospital Data under our Privacy Policy.

We do not train AI models on identifiable patient data without your explicit written consent or sell Hospital Data to any third party.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Rejection Predictor scores indicate probability, not claim-outcome guarantees. Service-based submission does not assure insurer approval; the hospital remains responsible for the claim documentation's clinical accuracy and completeness. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for a Service-related claim will not exceed fees paid by the Hospital Client in the three months before the event causing the claim. This cap excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, and liability that mandatory Indian law does not permit to be limited.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Service use, breach of these Terms, inaccurate or incomplete Platform data, or violation of applicable law or a third-party right.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription by notice under the applicable subscription agreement. We may immediately suspend or terminate access for material breach or suspected fraudulent Platform use. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes connected with them fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India, without limiting mandatory statutory rights under Indian law for healthcare institutions operating in India.

10. Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms periodically. We will notify registered Hospital Clients of material changes in advance and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued Service use after a change takes effect means acceptance.
